I used to love this place and come multiple times a week. but the last few months, I can't really trust a pick up order to be accurate and the one time I went in, I wasn't excited about the quality of the veggies. They tomatoes were definitely slimey/bad and the only lettuce left was brown. This past Friday night I got a takeout order because I was desperate for a quick dinner and while my friends sandwich was perfectly fine, mine was not. They forgot two of the toppings, and the ones they did put on were barely there. like, 10 shreds of lettuce in the entire footlong. I asked for light mayo and got extra. but the worst part was the bread. They super thinly sliced the bottom off so the bottom fell apart in my hand as soon as I picked it up, and the top was hard and stale tasting. I'm not super picky with sandwiches but I couldn't even eat this, it was super disappointing. I can't imagine someone making that sandwich and really thinking it was ok. They must have been having a really bad night or something. I'll only go back if I have time to go inside so I can watch them make it.

We will never come back to this location, ordered our food online and set it to be picked up at 4pm, got there a few mins before 4 and was told they were working on it, waited almost 30 mins and finally got our order, has to pick a different kind of chips cause they were out of the ones we ordered, drove home close to an hour away, found out we were missing a couple of cookies and the ones they did put in there were the wrong ones, called the store and there was absolutely 0 customer service, this place is a total joke, they need to learn how to talk to customers, on top of all of this the food was a complete mess almost like they just threw it all together with our a care in the world

Worst sub I have ever had from this location. Cheesy garlic steak, more like super cold slimy mess. Ordered online and was very disappointed. It wasn’t toasted. Thought the “more” option would just be a little, not so much that it was oozing out everywhere. Couldn’t even finish half of it. Meat was ice cold, which just didn’t mix well with the abundance of sauce. I have had this same sub before and really enjoyed it. This recent order pretty much broke me from ever ordering this again.

Get more meat with a .78 cent Buddig luncheon meat package. I worked on Michigan Avenue Downtown Chicago and they made Submarine Sandwiches that were like football size! When I said put everything on they put everything on! I really miss the Oregano and Italian seasonings in the shaker!

I’ve ordered from here using the app two times in the past three days and both times my card has been charged, but the order didn’t go through. When I arrived to pickup the employees were less than willing to help resolve the problem.

I'm not even done eating my dinner yet and had to come write a review. This subway location is excellent when the girl that was working tonight is there! I didn't catch her name because we picked up takeout but I've seen her before and whenever she's working, our sandwiches are so delicious and made perfectly. I've had some meh experiences here with takeout but overall they're great.

it took about 5 min for anybody to even come out of the back and where very rude and took 20 min to make 3 sandwiches then when complaint about time was told to "get over it"

Staff was very rude, they rolled their eyes when I asked for extra sauce, they raised their tone at me while I ordered, and are very inconsistent. I used a coupon over the phone last week and had no issues so today I tried to do the same and once I processed to check out they wouldn’t accept it. I was flabbergasted because in a weeks span they decided to change their “policy”. I’m very disappointed with the meal as well, they missed steps and very frustrated with me when I pointed it out to try and get fixed. They still don’t do it.
