We love this bakery! I have brought the chocolate cream pie to two separate events and everyone asks where it came from! We also love getting cookies and other treats regularly. The m&m cookies are my favorite! So glad we have this tasty bakery close by. It is such a sweet addition to our town!

Went for the first time today. I've seen some BS negative reviews which only made me want to check this place out more. I was super pleased. Great tasting treats, absolutely huge cookies, and the sweetest most pleasant lady ever. I will return!

The Sugar’d Spoon does not even deserve one star. However, I have to rate it before a review can be made.I am extremely shocked that this so called “business” is still open. What seemed like an easy order/transaction turned into the biggest nightmare. The owner of this business was unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to accommodate. Her communication skills and her ability to follow through are STRONGLY lacking. All together I wasted weeks trying to make it work with her because I was excited to use this bakery. However, she is not enthusiast and welcoming and it appeared as though she didnt want my business.I dont usually leave reviews but the experience was a very stressful waste of time. I felt I had to share this review to try and save others from the EXTREME HASSLE of dealing with this place and the employees.BEWARE and STAY FAR FAR AWAY

We had the chicken salad sandwich with broccoli soup and pie shooters for dessert and it was all delicious!!! We took some cookies home for our kids who were at grandma's house and their eyes lit up when they saw them and they both shouted those are huge cookies!!! They said they tasted Great! We will be back.

I had a gender revel cake make. And it was perfect I had mentioned to them that the theme was baits and now and. They had frosted some bows and put real bobbers on the top. And it was the best cake I have ever had and the service was amazing I will be ordering my birthday from them soon.

Birthday Cake disaster X 2!I was celebrating my birthday on two different occasions with two different groups of people over the weekend. My friend ordered a lemon cake almost 3 weeks prior to her party and was told it would be ready to pick up at 1pm. She called a couple weeks before just to confirm her order. When she arrived at the bakery, she was rudely told that it wasn't ready because she wasn't supposed to pick it up until 3pm. She explained that she lived several miles away and asked if she could wait. She did and they decorated the cake, charged her $43 and sent it out the door. The first picture is what the cake looked like when she got home. She said she drove extremely careful the whole way home.My sister ordered a lemon cake with specific instructions as to what she wanted it to look like. She was told she could pick it up at 3pm. The cake was paid for by credit card over the phone. She called before 3 to let them know that our mom would be picking up the cake. She was told my Linzey that the cake had already been picked up and that the person had gotten there too early so she had to hurry and get it ready. My sister, knowing nothing about my friend or her cake, couldn't figure out what in the world had happened. We finally put 2 and 2 together and figured out that Linzey had given my friend the cake my sister had ordered. I called to explain what had happened and Linzey was very short and rude with me and said that she had not taken two orders for lemon cakes for that day. She told me that my sister had been the only one to order a cake. She refused to admit that she had messed up and somehow either lost my friend's order or just didn't get it done. Finally, she agreed to make another cake for my sister. My mom went to pick it up and when she got home it looked even worse than the cake my friend had picked up - 2nd picture.I'm not sure what happened here, but they collected cash from my friend for the cake my sister had ordered even though they had already charged the credit card for that cake. So, they collected twice for the same cake. They did eventually agree to refund the credit card, but the cash was not refunded and no apology was given at all. They acted like we were the ones in the wrong when my sister and my friend don't even know each other yet my sister's cake was given to my friend. There were lies told to try to make it look like it wasn't their fault. How could it not be?The 3rd picture was the cake my sister ordered and my friend's was supposed to be square.So both of the parties I attended had wrecked cakes from the same bakery! What a coincidence!

I went to a two parties this weekend that so happened to have their cakes made by this bakery. Both cakes were awful & they looked like a mess. Then the owner doesn’t want to give refunds for these terrible cakes. Please save your money & the embarrassment & get your bakery items somewhere else!

There's a lot more to the story...like the fact that my cake we ordered and paid by credit card over the phone, was given to someone else 2 hours before I was to pick mine up. I was told that someone came in and asked BY MY NAME For my cake (Which I was told later was not true) when in fact it was just another customer that had ordered the same flavor of cake (but square) two weeks earlier and paid cash for the one that supposedly was mine when she picked it up. So they were paid twice. So they remade mine and sent it out the door in less than two hours! This was the result. Obviously, they had to bake the cake and it was still when they iced it!! I hate that this happened and I hate that they were so rude and disrespectful to me. We had ordered from them multiple times before this and it had been very great! Yes people make mistakes but this is MORE than just a mistake!
Finally got the chance to try this place! So good!! I highly recommend trying their lunch specials!

Please please keep your hours straight. I just drove from another city to check this place out and they were closed during open hours. Such a waste of time. Nothing on Facebook that they were closed.

This hidden little gem is what dreams are made of. great people, great food. lots of smiles and laughs. This is what every small town dreams it could have! The prices are great, the place is super clean, super cute and did I mention how friendly and amazing everyone is? You can't find this type of service nor food just anywhere!
