Without fail almost every time I get a quesadilla from this location it’s cold and not even melted. The staff is super friendly and I’ve never had problems with them. I just wish my food was warm.

I ordered a steak burrito, but when I got to where I was going so I could eat it, I found that I had something else, not sure what it was, but it was so hard that I couldn't bite it, might as well be a rock!

I wasn't happy when the Mexican Pizza was stacked on and the box was smashed, I was upset when my order had sour cream which was requested to not have, I was pissed when my bean burrito was covered in onions! The only way this wasn't done on purpose, is if the cooks can't read. The receipt has the items listed correctly. Owner and manager should be embarrassed by this operation.

Order food @ drive thru 8pm. Got order did not open the sack to check order. Got home no hot sauce as requested no napkins as requested. Bean burrito thrown together not even rolled up. Nacho fries cold and only half filled up. Avoid this location!!!!!!! 21$ for this type of service and food is a joke. Taco Bell can and should do better!!!!!

Ordered on app cuz that's what they make you do nowadays. Was charged and order didn't go thru. Went to manager and they COULDN'T help. How do you have managers that can't help customers? This place is horrendous
