Got wrong order, when trying to get their attention ignored for about 10minutes, got refunded but not all, didn't complain but when reordered what I really wanted, it was cold and not served as they suppose to. Place was having like a party, was very loud, drink area very dirty, no sauce were available. Just not what I expected.

Worst dinning experience ive had in jay was out of everything made me go thru drive thru to get refund then ended up making me repark in the same spot they had me leave to go get my refund been waiting over 20 minutes just for them to tell me again to go thru the drive thru to get my refund after they told to eait up front and theyd bring out they told me theyd refuse to give me my refund unless i went through again.. never spend a dime here the employees are rude slow and are clearly here to just draw check and not their jobs..now 40 minutes and counting...butttt i went to grove right after and literally in less the 8-9 minutes they had the exact order done no problem its worth the drive to grove and it will probably still be faster

Taco Bell has improved with the ridiculously long lines and if it is long the wait hasn't been to bad. However, the food is NOT always fresh! Tonight in my cravings box the cinnamon twists were so hard it BROKE MY TOOTH! The time before, the shell of my soft taco was equivalent to a hard shell! The last time I got the nacho fries, they were extremely old!!
The mangers are hella disrespectful! They only care about themselves not the customers!!! And because of that I won’t be buying there

Getting way to expensive.. quality is definitely down too. For the same price you can eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant and get some actual nutritious good tasting food.. there's no incentive to go here anymore except speed..

Before when it was a taco bell/ KFC they were good but I went there today and the lady taking orders was rude and short also was at window the. They got my order wrong and got mad when I asked for it to be fixed.
