As soon as I walked in for my apt. next door at Grand Lake Hair Co. on Wednesday. I could hear straight up clubbing music that was so loud I could understand every word clearly(sounded like I should have been at a night club on a Saturday night)…I was thinking man, I hope no elderly or children come in…and there was a child that came in for a hair cut.
