It was for my girlfriend and she didn’t even eat it that night put it in the fridge for her and the next day she ate it said it was excellent so I’ve eaten all for it’s good

You have a better chance of winning the Powerball lottery and hitting a hole-in-one on a 228 yard par three into the wind at sea level then getting hot food here. I’ve come here three times because I miss Arby’s and remember the good days when you could get a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and apple turnover and it was real hot and delicious but now it’s cold and the employees don’t care and they have bad attitudes and they were out of Dr Pepper and out of Arby’s sauce to Go Packets and the honey mustard didn’t work. The fruit punch did taste good and the ice was cold. That is the positive of this review and my car started when I got back into it to leave and sadly go home.

The food was tasty as always at Arby's. However, nearly all of the tables were dirty, none of the sauce dispensers worked, the menu screen didn't work, the high chairs were filthy, the service was rather slow, there were no paper towels in the bathrooms, and the trash cans were overflowing with rubbish. It's a shame because the facility looks rather new and inviting.

The cashier was super nice and gave me my online order fast even though it was very busy at the time.
On 1/13/2025 my wife and zi were traveling home from Texas and stopped at Guthrie for the night. Arbys was just across the road from our hotel. The service was prey good, but the cleanliness around the drink dispenser was horrible! The lime buildup on the dispenser was sickening, the machine had its top disassembled, just not appealing or sanitary

This location could use a change in management that’s actually effective. Either that or training on customer service etiquette needs to be reinforced with some of the workers. Drive-thru is never an issue, but the customer service inside is atrocious. The poor customer service seems to have increased over the past few months. Tonight I witnessed a customer leave due to not being acknowledged and I couldn’t blame him. There was no “Welcome in, I’ll be with you shortly.” or any kind of greeting, just completely ignored. I have experienced this myself and witnessed this on a few occasions.
My business there tonight was DoorDash. I arrived at 8:12 and did not receive the order until 8:32. Communication on an unavailable item was not done in a timely manner as well. While I waited, I couldn’t help but to notice the uncleanliness behind the counter and the build up on the ice machine/drink fountain (I wish I would’ve taken a photo). Yuck! I can only imagine the inside!
