Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

Part of a barbeque chain with local vendors. Barbeque is alright, but not really first rate. Side are pretty good, but again, not first rate.

Good overall. The staff was patient and helpful as this was our first visit to a Billy Simms BBQ. My husband and I shared a three-meat platter and each ordered an additional rib. The position sizes were generous and we had plenty to eat.
Decent BBQ and great portions. The turkey was too salty. However while we were eating they took out the trash through the front main entrance and it was freezing cold in the restaurant and could not relax and enjoy our meal.

5 stars all the way!!! Food was very tasty and priced great for the portion. Staff was very friendly!! Pulled pork was cooked to perfection and the corn on the cob was amazing! I highly recommend eating here.

The outside lights don’t work and they have no plans to fix them. That to me says a lot about how much the owner cares about the customer. The staff are all friendly, but they could use a refresher in food safety. I have observed them on several occasions touching clothing/face/hair even money without washing hands or changing gloves. But, the thing that really gets me is they’re always out of baked potatoes. Seriously every time.. make more baked potatoes if you always sell out.
