I got to this location at 8:06am today and asked for 6 sausage biscuits and 2 croissant sandwiches. I was told that they only had 3 biscuits and did I want to make the others croissants. I told them no and asked how long would the wait be. They told me 11 minutes, then 15 and finally 20 minutes. I was willing to wait on biscuits to be made, but they seemed like they didnt want to make any. Really!? You open at 6am and breakfast is over at 10:30. I sure did take my money to the 2nd street Edmond location.

Check out the hamburger chandelier! Service fell short but that is unusual. They weren't watching the front and the friendliness was back alley Jersey. Again, unusual for this location.

We ordered online, so it would be ready when we got here. Literally a half hour later, we were still sitting at the window waiting. First they tried to give us someone else's order, and asked us to pay. After a few more minutes, we got our barely warm food. We had ordered a biscuit sandwich and got a croissant sandwich instead. We won't be coming back any time soon. Very disappointing.
Will not be going back to this Burger King. I would rather drive all the way to Edmond and spend the extra $10 in gas to get food where they might actually have their supplies! Whoever’s running the store must be pretty incompetent. I have been there on more than one occasion in the past month and they continuously do not have the things that I seem to want. It will go out of business, just like the last one in town!

I put in a mobile order for this location. I ordered two maple bacon whopper meals for $30, went to the drive thru for the guy to tell me the burger and the onion rings were sold out after already paying for it online. He asked what we wanted instead, he said he couldn’t give us that because it was more expensive than what we payed for. It was not it was cheaper. He was completely rude about it and when the app wouldn’t give us a refund he made our food very poorly. Unfortunate but not great service or people.

Pathetic so called manager doubt he is if so he needs to be fired. Today at around 7PM I was in the drive thru for 10min so I backed out and went in. No customers inside. I approached the counter no one acknowledged me that's ok. About a min later a young man approached me and asked if I made an online oder or am I ordering in person. I answered him by saying I was in line for ten min and wanted to order in person. With an attitude he told me there was only three employees and began complaining and acting like a 3 year old and when he was thru complaining said, "alright". I asked for a manager and he told me he was it. He refused to give me his managers name. Refused to give me a phone number. Seriously don't think he is a manager if so they scraped the bottom of the barrel. He has no clue about customer service. He needs to be fired. I won't return and asking all my military friends and family to avoid this place.
