Great staff, kind, hot and fresh, never have any issues at this location. HOWEVER the one star I took off is specifically for DEBRA! They are really really rude and impatient with customers, and does not need to be on register. Also, I doubt the shake machine was on, they just didn’t want to make me one. Which I understand but still. Put them on fryers and bring back the other people. Thanks!

We were there late, we have stopped here before I intentionally stopped here again solely based on that experience
I am allergic to wheat and exposure can make me sick for 6+ weeks so where I eat is often limited but I LOVE the grilled chicken Swiss bacon club made as a lettuce wrap and they asked us to pull forward which meant a longer wait but my chicken breast seasoned fresh

“We’re closed for 15mins because of a shift change” this excuse is used all the time at Carls Jr. it’s never 15mins either. Closes at 10:20pm and waiting, it’s now 10:58pm. Still closed.
11:05pm “carls jr will be closed for another 15mins due to technical difficulties” what complete bs. You guys just don’t want to work. The blonde girl rather sweep than take orders.

Food cold , I treated my son to a famous star double burger meal that used to be good.i was bragging on it.very disappointed with our meal. someone brought their kids to work so they were too busy to do the job correctly I'm assuming.fries cold buns hard.
