Upon entering, there were several wet floor signs not due to the rain outside but the leaks in the ceiling in the lobby. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. The server was not very friendly but that is typical of this McDonald's

I’m not sure if it’s the online sites fault or theirs but it didn’t seem like they were well prepared to be open on time. Got there almost an hour after they were supposed to open but no one came to the window and the girl walking around inside, if she saw us, ignored us. It’s always good to be prepared early, especially if you’re working a fast food place, you never know when someone will pull up for food.

Ordered breakfast. Waited 21 min. Finally got breakfast and went to fill my cup up and the nozzles weren’t on the machine. So it spewed pop all over me. I asked if they knew the nozzles were off and the lady was irritated and “give me a minute” so I asked to fill it up back in the back and she walked off. We won’t be going back.

Waited 20 minutes for our breakfast then was given cups to get our drinks and the nozzles weren’t on the machine so I got Diet Coke and carbonation spayed all over my sleeve. Then when I let the manager know about the nozzles she had an attitude and said “give me a second” when I asked if she could just fill them up in the back she walked away…. We won’t be going back. Glad I paid for two cups of ice.
I called an hr and half early to get double cheeseburgers for my son in the hospital and she straight up told me no. They are on breakfast. I get that but I remember when I worked there that we are there to make customers happy. I guess that's not the world we live in anymore

I come here every day for iced coffee. Sometimes this McDonald’s is great, 5 times out of 10. Today the girl gave me my iced coffee and it looked like milk on ice, so I ask “does that even have coffee in it?” She replies “YES, it does.” I get to the car, it’s complete garbage! No coffee in it whatsoever. It’s not drinkable at all. I don’t even know why I keep coming back here.
