i get this place bout 2 or 3 times a week. idk how but somehow they mess up my order bout 60% of the time. i order a dry burger.. i get sauce. i order a bacon double cheeseburger, i get a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. i don’t understand. now if u take it back they will fix it …. so i guess thats a plus

A gentleman named Caleb helped me with my order, there was a missing pie and I forgot to tell them I needed an extra Happy Meal, but my order was so messed up mostly because I ordered for so many people and got mixed up. But this young man Caleb helped me figure out what I really needed for my van full of people and apologized for the missing pie and made it right in no time. The ice tastes a little off, but everyone in Guthrie is experiencing this right now. Good job Guthrie McDonald's and thank you Caleb. Excellent customer service from this store !

I would leave a zero but I can’t. Went through and had a long clump of hair in the big Mac and missing an order of fries. Absolutely disgusting
I know they have to be quick to get orders out because of timings but they should pay attention and make sure everything is in the bag and sandwiches are made right. My double bacon quarter pounder had no bacon and we were missing 2 large fries from the order.
