I placed a mobile order for one happy meal at 10 pm. I also wanted to add an additional apple pie just to buy separately but before i could even say anything the man with light dirty brown hair and his hair sticks out bushy from his hat cut me off before i could even say my sentence and told me no there’s someone else behind my car ( one car and i wanted one apple pie) i could’ve simply pulled around if he would’ve told me that other than yelling at me. Find new employees, they are so rude and awful at this location. I’ll be emailing to corporate McDonalds as well after leaving this review.

Always horrible customer service. Took forever to receive our food, was missing my burger, could not get anyone to stop and talk to me. Food was ok once I received it. Fountain drinks all tasted flat. Not family friendly music playing on the radio, including Slim Shady.

Usually I hate going through Mcdonald’s because it’s so busy, but I went through the drive-thru around 6:30 last night, and the guy working it was absolutely amazing and was so helpful, and I actually enjoyed going through a drive-thru for once!

I ordered food on the app to this location instead of the one in Edmond. The app wouldn’t let me get the code because gps new I wasn’t there but I didn’t mean to order it. I couldn’t get a refund so my $9 is gone. I went to have my fiancé pick it up to see if he could have it and they wouldn’t give it to him because he didn’t have the code. He said the exact order and my name on it yet they wouldn’t give it to him even though there’s no way he could have known that without having placed the order. They also wouldn’t answer the phone. I’m not longer going to this Mcdonolds and I’m in Guthrie for another 2 years until my lease is up.

My family placed mobile breakfast orders twice while in town. The first time we chose curbside delivery and waited an excessively long time. The girl brought our order and left without a word. The caramel coffee drink had caramel all over the outside of the cup. We ordered drinks and pancakes and there were no straws or butter in the bag. My husband had to go in and ask, and workers were not very friendly.Two days later we placed the same mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. The same girl handed our food and drinks out to us. They gave us sweet tea when we had ordered unsweet. There was no syrup or butter for the pancakes and no salsa for the burritos in the bag. When we asked for some she said it was all in the bag and extra syrup would cost 50¢ each. I told her there wasn’t any in the bag, and she handed us one syrup for two pancake orders. Ridiculous. The food was fine, but the customer service was awful.
