Tacos were good as the tortillas have a slight crisp to them. Really what carries them in my opinion. Asada is respectable has kind of a black pepper flavor which is different, but wouldn't say it's otherwise seasoned much. Chicken also had a pepper flavor but oddly enough I really liked it. We all know Mexicans don't order ' grilled chicken' street tacos, so I was surprised. I'll pass on the Al Pastor. I wouldn't say any of the meats have a true seared taste to them but still respectable. The red/spicey Salsa doesn't hit like a taquero salsa, really tasty but more of a guisado/breakfast salsa! I'm curious what the 'mild' one is, perhaps a different base. I really like the actual trailer, has a sleek look to it! But we all have different taste and I'm all about supporting the Raza so come show em some love if you're in Guthrie and needa get your taco fix.

The large chicken protein bowl was filling and a great portion size. The flavors were intense and fresh, I was impressed. The service was friendly and turnaround time was decent. The prices aren't necessarily cheap but are reasonable as you are paying for the freshness and quality of the ingredients and authenticity of the food. Would definitely eat there again, positive experience!

Amazing. I've had great Hispanic good but dude... This was something else. There was so much depth of flavor! First time we went, we immediately got another order after we finished lol. The people were really cool too. I thought I had left a review, and didn't see them there this last time, but I hadn't checked ahead. But I can't wait to go get some more!

Very bad service , and bad experience on the event of Duffner park… if I can give 0 start I would , we order 3 order of 4 tacos each order and they very smart only serve one order with 4 tacos after almost one hour waiting, we told them we order 3 total order and they told us we have to pay when they alredy get paid for the event, really don’t recommend this papas tacos!!!

I eat at Taco trucks almost everyday! I just ran across this taco truck today driving through Guthrie…. I got the Taco plate and decided to try each type of meat (asada, pastor, polllo) they had. Usually other taco trucks have a meat that stands out more than the others….I was pleasantly surprised when biting into each taco… all three were hands down the best! All three of their meats were perfectly seasoned, juicy and tender!! Keep it up! Fantastic taco truck that I would highly recommend!! I will be back!
