First got my order wrong, I ordered an ice they gave me a hot and instead of making a fresh they poured the hot over ice.. doesn't taste good very poor service

Stopped here for coffee and a sandwich. We sat for 15 minutes and our name was not called. Finally asked, and our order was on the counter, sandwich order in one spot, coffee not even close to the sandwiches. It would appear our order came up at different times, and neither worker called our name. We were the only customers waiting inside for an order, our name was NOT called. To add insult to injury, the person who rounded up our order ARGUED with us. Blatantly lying and telling us our name WAS called. Sandwich was luke warm. Scooter's Coffee employees are so well trained in customer service. Starbucks could take a lesson.

Staff is fantastic. They take time to get to know their customers. I frequent this location every morning. This morning I was just sitting there thinking with apparently a lost look on my face and one of the staff noticed I wasn’t my normal joyful self and came out to the lobby with a muffin sat down next to me and asked if everything was okay? It was a sweet moment and greatly appreciated.
