There are never workers at the counter to help people. Took over 20 minutes to make my food and I ordered two burritos and a nacho fry. Most the time I just saw all the workers just kinda standing around and talking.

So me and my friend get off work late and go in taco bell all the time after 11. Last night we went to go in at 11:01 and the second we walked in the workers rudely told us the lobby closed at 11. There was no sign to say so and we had went really late the other day and have never been kicked out. Went through drive through and our cheesy roll up was barely filled and what little cheese that was in there was only half melted and the tortilla was hard like it had been sitting out for an hour. I would give it a 1 but our coworker has a pretty friend who works there and also Jeffrey Jr works there so they each get a star. Edit: this place is so lazy. Most times I go here they mess most things up or put barely anything in there.

They forgot my 2 extra nacho cheese cups, also messed up on my modified beefy 5 layer burrito. I put swap beef for beans add extra cheese, add extra nacho cheese, no sour cream. Only thing they did correctly was the sour cream. On top of all that the chips for my chips and cheese were so salty it tasted like it was from the ocean.

Drive thru order. I come to this location all the time and I was disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered a beef n cheese burrito for my 8 year old daughter got all the way home thirty minutes away to find out they gave me a bean burrito for her. She doesn’t like beans so she had to settle for in exchange of a sandwich & raviolis out of a can! Also I love the Mexican rice from Taco Bell and they barely give you a scoop full of rice in it can the Taco Bell team please start filling the rice to the top of the lid sense you only offer it in one size and that’s a small because I always have to order two sides of rice because they barely give you any . If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I’ve worked in fast food before so I know how stressful it can be. But this was INSANE. I went in with my fiancé and little brother we ordered about $40 worth of food. After we order and pay they let us know they’re out of nacho fries. We sit down with our food no nuggets, no soft taco for my little brother, no soft taco for my fiancé. My brother goes to take a bite of his quesadilla ITS A PLAIN QUESADILLA NO CHICKEN NO SAUCE NOTHING. then we realize we don’t have any of our drinks and they tell us they’re out of large cups as well. Besides the food the workers were standing around talking and kissing and then went outside to smoke. Extremely disappointed in the food and very uncomfortable with the pda 😵💫 absolutely do not go here.

I don't know if they are trained to put as little food as possible in each item, but I keep getting tacos and burritos that are probably 75% empty. I remember when you had to be careful eating a bean burrito or the beans and cheese would literally explode out the end. Now I couldn't get it do that if I tried.
