I love visiting Braum’s when assistant manager Lydia is there.
The store is clean, the service is fast, and she goes above and beyond to help each customer.
She always shows professionalism, respect, integrity, diligence, excellent communication, hospitality, and customer service.
She knows the menu! When I’m unsure what to order, she always has great recommendations.
Not everyone might notice your work, but God does. Your life will always impact someone or make them feel confident about themselves.
I now love going to Braum’s, because of her professionalism.

How do you run out of meat?!!

Incredibly slow service. I used to go here all the time with my family, but overtime the service got slow. They keep forgetting to give us our sauce, and the chicken was undercooked! Worst of all when I went to order dessert afterwards; I stood there for 2-5 minutes waiting to be attended, and nobody came, but stared at me, worst service ever! Edit: Wouldn't recommend whatsoever! Had one of the cashiers making fun of my accent and the food was low quality. The last time I visited, I stood there like an idiot waiting for 10 minutes while there was like 15 different employees going around. Some of them even stared at me despite doing absolutely nothing and I left as I was just wasting my time. Haven't stepped foot since in that awful place!
The burgers were good, but the ice cream was out of this world.

We had an issue with our order at Braum’s, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. They were incredibly professional, kind, and made sure we left happy. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and it really made a great impression.
