We came in late from out of town and Godfathers was the only pizza place open. They seemed to be getting ready to close but still were very friendly and took our order. We had the cheese pizza and it was pretty good. This location is inside of a gas station.

??Was a complete nightmare we ordered a pizza And paid for it. Said it was gonna be 30 to 40 minutes so we would come back later. We came back in 45 minutes. which they told us it wasn't ready so we waited another 30 minutes, we went back. We opened the Box and it was a wrong pizza they said OK it'll be another 30 minutes.. This time being so hungry we waited in the car for 30 minutes. We walked in they said our pizza was ready we opened the Box, it was the wrong pizza again they swapped our pizza with another Customer pizza they gave their wrong pizza to 2 customers. So they said I'll be another 45 minutes and this one won't be wrong. We came back and as they were handed us our pizza He dropped it.. Finally said it's been too many hours I'm starving I want a refund and I ate a hot pocket at home!??

when an online order is placed get it done when you say you will. staff was not friendly nor apologetic. they waited on me to get to the store to process my order. I will not go back and I will be sure to post my review where I can!
Godfathers has the best pizza. Have not had one in years than found one near me. I ordered one today and it is as fantastic as I remembered. Our Godfathers is in Mayer Arizona

The restaurant was poorly managed. On line ordering for pickup provided a time for pickup (6:13pm) that was different than the ordering system (6:52pm). Employees were badmouthing the new manager, other patrons orders were incorrect, long wait times, frazzled employees, etc.

The location in Hope Hull AL is horrible. I made an online order and get there after 30 mins and nothing had been done. They didn’t even have the ingredients I wanted so now I am having to wait another 20 mins. I mean how lazy do you have to be to just ignore an order. I like the pizza but the service is absolutely reprehensible.
