I ordered an arrangement a few weeks back and it turned out to be beautiful. I'm back again today to make another purchase. This is definitely a go to place.
I live out of state and called here to have mother day flowers sent out to my mom. Since I do live out of state and my mother isn’t phone savvy I asked if they could please send me a photo of the flowers. Friday passed and I never heard from them. Called today Saturday and they hadn’t been able to deliver because my mom wasn’t home so I ask again if they could please take a picture. Never did. My mom received the flowers and I never got to see them. I spent $126 while I understand they are busy it takes less than a minute to snap a picture. Will be calling Fisch & Hitch moving forward.

They do a very good job for decorating I give them 5 star for that but I do not recommend the salon for a 15ñera or any big event, if your planning on having 200 ppl it is very hot in the building my guest left early some ppl got sick it was 80° the AC was at 40° I felt like the heater was on....

I am so very disappointed in the arrangement that I ordered for a funeral in Texhoma. It was too late to get anything different as the flowers were not ready until 11:30 am service was at 2 pm. The flowers looked as if they are old and the quality of was so bad. The card did not say what we ask to be written. The opening line on the card said "Yal are in our thoughts and prayers." Really? Yal? What a terrible shame for such a heartbreaking day.

We put in an order online on September 11, 2021 and clearly put we wanted in store pick up at 9am for September 13, 2021, we got to the store around 9:40 and nothing was ready, they hadn't even started our request. The flower lady started the funeral arrangement we had ordered and she used the ugliest, dryest, and the flowers that were about to die. We showed the store manager the email confirmation and details where it said in store pick up at 9am and mentioned the mass started at 10 and we didn't get the arrangement till around 10:20. By the time we got to the mas it was almost over. For the 110 dollars we payed we got a very bad customer service and an even worse flower arrangement. Truly very very disappointed.

I am in California and had an arrangement of flowers sent to someone in Guymon. The service was fast and friendly. Most importantly the person who received her flowers was in tears. Her office all commented on how beautiful the arrangement was.

Placed a long-distance order for a get-well bouquet that could be “placed in a vase”. My friend received a couple of cut foxglove tips and some over-ripe roses arranged in a tray with some greenery. Not impressed.
