I have wanted to eat here for awhile yet won't again. My hamburger steak was so dry and it was supposed to have onions and I had traded mushrooms for the peppers but there was very little like it would surprise me if it had one mushroom on it. My son is like Mikey he eats anything he stopped eating his burger have way through because it was too dry. My husband said his chicken was too small sweet potato fries were soggy. Total bill 54 dollars it really should have been better

Well where do I begin! First of all we are new to the Guymon area so we’ve been trying the local places. We have been here 3 times, 2 times we ate and food has been ok but tonight we went and walked out because we couldn’t get waited on! I’m sorry but sitting at a table for MORE than six minutes with no HELLO I’ll be right with you is too long when you’re sitting watching waitstaff walk by and the hostess going back and forth to kitchen with not a HELLO or can I get you a drink or I’ll be right there? WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! That’s just as important as the food because if you don’t receive good service why waste your time and money on waiting and WAITING to see if you can even order the food! I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 32 years,retired now, but in those years I have waited, hosted, cooked, cashiered, and OWNED my own restaurant! First impressions are LASTING! This place is lacking in management because if there was a manager present they should have been out in the restaurant waking around and making sure their employees are doing their job, starting with the hostess! There was no “Hi how are you “ with a smile! It was “2 follow me”…While sitting there sooo long you can see all the waitstaff likes to hang out in the bar area. It shouldn’t matter WHERE you sit! Every customer should matter and feel welcomed in your establishment. Lack of training is differently apparent here because some people aren’t instilled with “work ethic “ but if TRAINED right it can be taught! I realize the help situation is hard to come by but if you can’t train the ones you got to be BETTER than what we witnessed tonight then I don’t know how your going to make it. I’m sorry but this will be our last time trying this establishment not that anybody cares!

Food was cold and took forever !! I’ll never be back and it used to be good!

We had been told there was a large party before us, however, a large restaurant like this should be used to large parties and be able to handle them effectively. Lots of room for improvement in that area. Was a waste of time.

I ordered beef tips with grilled veggies. Nothing was even lukewarm and meat was chewy. Hubby order salad (1 tomato slice, cheese and the rest lettuce), filet ( tough, overcooked and he thought it wasn't even a filet) and lukewarm baked potato. When they first opened the food was great, but sure not now.

After driving for 8 hours, we wanted a good meal. Jack’s is decorated very nicely, we never got to try the food. We were told we would have a 20 minute wait. After 10 minutes the girl at the desk says, “I don’t know how to turn this thing on.” (Meaning the buzzer disk) my husband walks up and hands it to her and tells her that his wife is in the bathroom. I come out at that moment. We wait as she is gathering the menus and silverware, then she seats the guy who just walked in the door. We wait for her to come back. She doesn’t. The other young lady working the desk comes back. She takes care of a party of 4 who just came in the door. She tells them it’s a twenty minute wait and gives them a buzzer. She then turns to us and says, “your the two waiting for a table?” We say, “yes”. She’s says, “your table is no longer available”. I said, “oh, she gave our table to the other guy.” She just looked at me. She was going to put us back on the list and give us another buzzer. We said, “No”. When we were out the door I told my husband I’d rather eat fast food than be treated like that.
