DON’T EAT HERE!!
Ordered a medium supreme pizza for delivery. Got a cheese pizza. Called the store shift manager said I could come and pick up the correct pizza. Then he said he couldn’t help me. I told him I would be to the store in 10 minutes to pick up my correct pizza. When I arrived, my pizza was not ready and he refused to make it. I asked for the manager. The manager came in, Because he was not in the store. He too refused to make me a correct pizza. Absolutely horrible customer service and the food was not good either. I’ll never eat there again!

I placed an online order utilizing the Pizza Hut app. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza, a Pesto Margherita Pizza, and added chicken and extra sweet marinara, Wing, and Cinnamon Sticks.

Went to pick up the order and was told it wasn't ready and had to wait five minutes for it to finish cooking. During this time, employees were observed sitting in the lobby.

We took our food directly home less than 5 minutes away, and our food was cold, dry, and incorrect! How could the food be cold and dry if we had to wait for it to finish cooking??? The Pesto Margherita Pizza with added chicken and extra sweet marinara was incorrect!! I have included a picture. It was very cold, dry, and overcooked. It did not have the extra sauce, nor did it have pesto sauce, and they used a scant amount of diced tomatoes instead of grape tomatoes. How can it be a Pesto Margherita Pizza if you DO NOT add the Pesto???

I called to report the incorrect order and request it be remade. I was assisted by "Leo." He was very rude, did not listen, and I had to keep repeating myself. He was unapologetic and acted as if I was bothering him and wasting his time. He, at first, was only willing to add the Pesto and extra marinara if I brought the pizza back. I let him know I would bring the incorrect pizza back, but I would like it replaced with a fresh pizza the way I had ordered it and paid for it. This upset him but finally agreed. I asked to speak with his manager and was told no manager was on duty and that his manager "Marvin" would be at work tomorrow. I let him know that I would be following up with the manager and let him know we were on our way to exchange the pizza.

Shortly after ending the call, Pizza Hut called me. They let me know they were making the pizza and wanted to know if I wanted extra marinara or Pesto. I once again explained I ordered extra marinara, and I wanted it on the crust, not on top of the pizza, and to please use grape tomatoes. At this time, I was informed they were out of grape tomatoes. I let them know they should have called me and informed me when my order was first placed before they started the order to make sure I was in agreement with the subscription. I agreed to the diced tomatoes, but requested extra since they are small and srinck when cooked. During this call, I was informed I was speaking with "Eric" (sure sounded like Leo). I let "Eric" know how unhappy I was with "Leo", "Eric" said he would let his manager know. *Stranger, since "Leo" told me there was not a manager on duty.

Shortly after this phone conversation, I received another call from Pizza Hut. This time, it was "Brian," the manager on duty. I was informed by "Brian" that he doesn't have a "Leo" working for him, but does have an "Eric." I let the manager know I figured as much and already knew "Eric" lied to me during the first phone call and tried to cover his tracks with the second call. I was compensated with $8 credit and a fresh pizza. However, it still did not have the extra marinara. It had extra Pesto and very few diced tomatoes!!!

Very unprofessional employee just taking up space collecting a paycheck!

The manager was very professional, kind, and apologetic and assured me that the employee would be educated and the matter discussed with upper management.

This pizza hut has a fast food atmosphere and steak house prices. The pizza was not worth the price at all. We also ordered a side salad. The tomatoes were frozen and the cheese did not look appetizing. The unsweetened tea had sat out too long and tasted terrible. I told the pizza hut employee that the tea was bad and was told,"oh, that's unsweetened tea." I explained to her that I drink unsweetened tea and the tea that I had just tasted was bad. The employees took no action. It was a terrible experience.

$12 meat lovers dough not fully cooked mostly raw. The dough smelled very Raw I think your oven needs turned up.

I ordered a pizza at 4:10 and I looked at my receipt to see what time my pizza would be ready to pick up and I realized I didn’t add any toppings so I called just 3 minutes after I ordered and I told them and asked if I could add the toppings since I forgot and they told me no because the pizza was already made and it’s ready mind you only 5 minutes gone by since I was on the phone with them, I know a damn pizza doesn’t take just 5 minutes to cook. !WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
