This pizza hut has a fast food atmosphere and steak house prices. The pizza was not worth the price at all. We also ordered a side salad. The tomatoes were frozen and the cheese did not look appetizing. The unsweetened tea had sat out too long and tasted terrible. I told the pizza hut employee that the tea was bad and was told,"oh, that's unsweetened tea." I explained to her that I drink unsweetened tea and the tea that I had just tasted was bad. The employees took no action. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered a pizza at 4:10 and I looked at my receipt to see what time my pizza would be ready to pick up and I realized I didn’t add any toppings so I called just 3 minutes after I ordered and I told them and asked if I could add the toppings since I forgot and they told me no because the pizza was already made and it’s ready mind you only 5 minutes gone by since I was on the phone with them, I know a damn pizza doesn’t take just 5 minutes to cook. !WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I stopped at noon on a Sunday, the door was locked, so I called and asked if the dining room was open and was told no. It is clearly posted on the door that dine in is open on Sunday from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm! I went and ate elsewhere, drove by 15-20 minutes later and saw someone walk in the door and saw other folks sitting and eating, I called back and asked to talk with the manager and was given the runaround and was given an 800 number to call. I will NEVER darken the doorway of pizza hut in Guymon ever again, and you can bet I will be letting everyone I know what happened. This place is a disgrace for hiring people that lie and will not let someone speak to the manager. VERY poor business practice!!! I'd give negative stars if I could.

A waste of time and money. Food was chewy and under cooked, had so much sauce on it that the toppings wouldn't even stay in the pizza. they just abandoned me in the drive thru line for 10 min and didn't say was word. rude rude rude. And 60$ for 2 pizzas, a single order bread sticks, 3 drinks. Just trash.

Horrible. I placed the order online and I went in to pay for it. The cooks did not make the pizza to the specs that I asked for. I complained. Then I asked them to make it correctly. Did not happen. They remade the pizza and the. I did not get what I asked for. I ordered a half beef, sausage, onion. The other half was the same, but with mushroom. When I got home, 13 miles away, the pizza was half cheese and the other half was a supreme. I called back and was told that it was my fault. All my fault. Finally I proved my case and now I have to wait for the manager to make it correct. (My mother is undergoing chemotherapy and she wanted a pizza. The people there acted like they did not care. Where do they get these people?)

Ordered food from a few restaurants for a family gathering. Other two restaurants had food out on time. Pizza Hut was my last stop. Food was to be ready at 6:25 PM.I was told it would be a couple more minutes and to move to the end of line. I waited for the three customers front to get there food and my order was still not ready. I finally got my order 25 minutes later. I spoke with manager and he made several excuses and did nothing to make it better. The other food I had purchased was now cold. Very disappointed!!

This is not the first time I've had issues. Tonight we ordered a New Yorker pizza, waited 30 mins to pick up, when I got home it looked like this. Called back to get it replaced, the girl had to ask someone else if they could remake it.

The Melt was delicious but someone forgot the marinara sauce and the ranch dressing. I’m sure glad I bought the Italian dressing or my pizza might not have tasted as good!! ?

Never pay extra for cheese or toppings cause u will get less then is on a regular pizza.
$12 meat lovers dough not fully cooked mostly raw. The dough smelled very Raw I think your oven needs turned up.
