This is sadly a review for corporate and management. I ordered online with a promo code, and it was a disaster. The order didn't come through to the store. They needed to recharge me in store. They couldn't use the promo or give me a discount to make it match. The girls were courteous and all. Just extremely disappointed by the corporate experience. I won't be back.

The two girls “working” last night made me and my friend daughter wait about a hour for one foot long and one 6 in and a salad I ordered through door dash when I called up there to ask what happened the girl first said my door dasher wasn’t there then I said don’t blame it on my dasher she has let me know that y’all are standing around doing jack shit they didn’t put avocado that I paid for on the 6in and it was only suppose to have pepperoni on it and when we got our order our sandwiches were opened and cold they can’t ever wrap a sandwich and the girls had such a horrible attitude personally I think I’d be ashamed if I was the manager or owner

The slowest subway i have ever been at. I asked if they had a mini pizza and all they said is i dont know . been waiting in line for 20 minutes just for that

I love the smell of the restaurant every time I walk in the building. It’s always so clean, & the employees are so friendly. Plus the service is quick!

I got a 12 inch asked for only ½ meat and ½ cheese. Requested onion and ADAM gave me a tiny bit of onion and then I said I want alot of pickles, so he gave me a little bit I said, oh, that's not enough...the lil punk said yes it is enough!!! So I got ½ meat paying for full meat got ½ cheese paid for full cheese and that's what I asked for, however, when I wanted more pickles he basically tried to reprimand me and tell me there was enough pickles when there clearly wasn't. Braums gives more pickles on a junior burger than this guy would give me on a footlong! Needless to say I was furious, but did not argue as there were customers behind me that I knew were there on lunch break and I didn't want to hold them up. Chrissy checked us out and she was very sweet and professional, she needs a raise having to work with ADAM!I'm 56 and to have a 20 something kid treat me a PAYING CUSTOMER that way after I'm already paying full price for ½ the meat and cheese... a lot of kids today are SO DISRESPECTFUL and he is one of them!If you have a complaint good luck finding a number to contact corporate. If you call this Guymon store they will answer after about 10 rings by lifting the receiver and slamming it down in your ear.

Me an my friends went in there na they were disrespectful at, the burnt out food then did not even know how to turn on the oven, then had the nerve to yell at me. Because he wanted to charge me for a Philly but had no onions or green peppers.
The employees were arguing with each other in front of the customers! The girl with the red hair was very rude when me and husband was ordering our food.

Got two footlongs - the boss and the ham. The boss had everything but not as much as previous visit. The ham was made like a regular sandwich and was made with the wrong ingredients. I am suspicious, could they have been low on meat?

I order here about once ever 2 weeks. The store is very clean inside and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are 2 young men that I always see working and they never miss a beat. Always great attitudes and always friendly. In todays world it’s tough to find that quality. Thank you for another great sandwich today.
