Havin being told about how management works inside this restaurant it’s came to full attention that the rationing is intentional… save your money and drive extra for Taco Bell that’ll be worth what you’re paying for.
I try letting it pass, but as a Taco Bell lover and Okie burning enjoyer, the manager reallly screws you over on your food.

Placed a big order through the app was waiting for update on the tracker to pick up, waited 20 mins to go to see if it was ready. Went inside and saw an order in front of one of the staff where they make the food and didn't get acknowledged. Finally one of the crew members told the other lady that the order had along time sitting there. When she saw us and gave our order and I let her know it was cold and all she said was sorry. I didn't ask for a refund or asked to replace the food because they seemed frustrated and I didn't want to bother with them anymore. Oh and they weren't even that busy at the time just like 3 cars at drive thru.
Lady (who I assume is the manager) at the window was incredibly rude for a reason I cannot denote. Incredibly impatient with no guests inside or at the drive thru window. We were the only ones there.Bring Mary back as manager! She was always the best. Fantastic lady.

Every time I have gone I have gotten attitude from the staff. I went on May 1 of this year and they gave me attitude and forgot the main part of my meal.

Stopped here on a road trip and had low expectations for a side of the highway national chain. The staff were fantastic, they were helpful in dealing with multiple people taking turns ordering. there was a small error in our order when we picked up and they fixed it without any issue and apologized for it. one of the better chain places ive been in recent years.
