So, the atmosphere is decent. Not super cozy but decorated well. The food was eh. My son ordered a breakfast pizza and what came out looked like an english muffin with some egg on top, not a breakfast pizza. My full size cobb salad tasted good but they gave me just a dab of dressing AFTER I had to go ask for it. It was a rather small salad and if I was pretty hungry I would have had to go somewhere else. They oddly enough, serve food on paper plates. I get that its a coffee shop and that they serve coffee in paper cups but lunch on a paper plate?

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The staff are always friendly, and the drinks come out perfectly every time. The caramel latte is my go to, and the pastries are always fresh. It’s a great spot to study or meet friends. It is always clean, cozy, and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in town!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. The food was eh. My coffee was so hot it burned my lips and tongue. The service was beyond horrible. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to eat! 👎🏼

Bru 10 years ago was great, but as time has progressed it diminished. In food quality the most, but also in service from the staff. Once here recent, I placed an order for my drink and quite some time has passed and I looked back to see staff goofing around. So I just waited and waited, patiently, for my drink. Bru is usually hit or miss nowadays (usually miss).
