Food was really good. I got a pork tamale with the chili sauce on top. It was extremely good. I would have preferred beef but pork was the only option. I also got a burrito street taco and it was really good too. The white cheese queso had a good flavor along with their chips and salsa. Would recommend a stop here.

really deserves ZERO stars, drove 7 hours and stopped here to “enjoy” some food but the servers ensured to ruin my experience. i specified fajita tacos and they gave me the wrong order. i went and asked if they could make the order right after i had already paid and received my food. all 4 servers refused to make the order right. they were very rude and proceeded to laugh about the situation. very unwelcoming place, especially for those that travel. i really hope management cares to read through this review because it was very unprofessional

We just left El Jalepeno and let me tell you it was good! We just moved to Leonard & wanted to try out this new to us place! We are glad we did. The staff was friendly and stayed on top of our drinks, food came out hot and appealing looking and the taste was great. We will be back!
