We've been trying this location in our small town for 5 years. The food has never gotten any better. Today, you're fired sonic. My wife even went back up there and had you redo my food. The food was still overcooked, but at least there wasn't hair in it this time. Oh, by the way, when you make a cherry lime aid, you might want to put cherry flavor in it! Horrible service and food for 5 years. I give up on you.

Everytime I go, I have to pull into several stalls to find one that is working. Putting cones or tape where the none working stalls are would be helpful. As it seems most of them do not work. Food is pretty greasy. But I usually have good service!

Ordered on the app, just 2 sonic blast and 1 shake. Checked in and waited 10 minutes, then our order screen went away. Hit the call button after 15 minutes and they said they are backed up. Hit the call button at 35 minutes and they said the same thing, they are backed up. 40 minutes later and it's finally delivered. Once I got home and gave my wife her blast we realized they made it wrong. We ordered an Oreo blast add peanut butter and they just gave us a peanut butter shake, so after 40 minutes they couldn't even get it right. There needs to be a way to request refunds in the app. You use it for convience and pay ahead and then can't do anything if the service is terrible. I understand being backed up, ive worked in far food before, but 40 minutes for 3 small ice creams and making one wrong is crazy.

Sonic is my new favourite burger joint..wow, wow and double wow.. the food is excellent, service is great and the pricing is perfect.. who needs Maccy Dswhen we got Sonic!!!!
the people that serve you are always nice, but they never get your order right. i have not once gotten my order the way i ordered it from here, ive grown up around here and it was never nonchalant like that. i order chili cheese fries for example and get tots, or i order a large water and they give me a medium, THAT or i order a cherry limeade or ocean water and it literally tastes like sprite. im just saying maybe their boss needs to go over regulations again because i worked at sonic before and our cherry limeade's and stuff like that always had enough syrup.
