I moved yo headlton in August. so far this Sonic Location has yet to get an order right and multiple times I have had to go back more than once to get the correct order. tonight I ordered a burger and fries. I got a kids burger and some sort of a wrap and fries . it's honestly the worst place I've ever been too

Absolutely wonderful the staff is the sweetest most caring kindest bunch I have ever seen in my life or been around these people are angels very kind and considerate very caring just a beautiful bunch at Healdton Oklahoma. I would recommend this Sonic over any in the world.

My wife bought some chicken fried steak sandwiches. They tasted burnt. Having managed Dennys and several restaurants it was easy to know why. They are using burned oil. Seems to many complaints here.

I went to Sonic in Healdton 3 weeks ago. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. Veggoes on side. And a Country fried steak sandwich with cheese mustard and pickles. Got home chicken sand.was right. My country fried steak had no cheese mayo lettuce and tomato. I returned my sandwich and told them the correct way and gave my reciept showing the correct order. Ok they remake it. I get home and it was a chicken sandwich with cheese mustard and pickles. So I return again and asked for the manager and I told her how rediculous it was to have to return 1 sandwich 3 times in one day. She proceeds to tell me well it has cheese mustard and. Pickles. And I said yes it does but its a freaking chicken sandwich not a cfs. She snatched the bag out of my hand and walked in the sonic door and threw the returned food in the floor and disappeared out of site. A few min later car hop returns with my sandwich made correctly. Very unprofessional. Thought we would try ice cream tonight. Cant screw that up surely....... Boy was I wrong..my husband got home with what was supposed to be 2 blast. But got melted shakes instead.. Sooo disappointed. We have few places to choose from to eat. Step it up Sonic in Healdton, Okla.
