Corporate management for subway are as bright as a burnt out lightbulb. Why do you do away with one of your top sellers the nachos in the local store? And Corporate management wonders why sales are down. You would think that they would want to keep one of their top sellers. NACHOS.

Honestly we come here all the time usually have good service but there is always one worker when she gets overwhelmed or a lot of people she is very hateful slams things around and is just rude. The last time we were was here she had helped and was very hateful to her coworker this is just now how you act I work fast food to and I understand when busy but you stay calm and not be rude. Oh this was between 5-6 today since she doesn’t have a name tag.

Extremely unprofessional people working at this location. I called to start a partnership with this Subway and was hung up on twice by store manager and employee. Very rude tone and lack of courtesy. I would not suggest considering employment, or working with this location for potential catering orders.

They seem to never have enough help. And some of the employees look "sketchy" to me. The food is Subway, tastes the same at every location which is a good thing.

This is the second time I've been there and I've had my bread hard as a rock crumbling falling apart I won't be going back anymore I spent too much money for this food to be the way it came out your bread sucks had to throw my sandwiches away that was a lot of money wasted I won't ever be going back there and I even asked the employee if the bread was fresh and he said yes that was a lie ? this is the subway that's in Healdton
The women that work at this location are extremely rude. They tried to charge me 6 times for double cheese because they were out of shredded cheese and didn't bother to mention that they were gonna try to do that to me at the register.... i told them how it was wrong of them to try to do that. And that I wasn't paying $23 for a sandwich with just cheese on it.. I literally had to leave without my food Because all she could say in response was well. Do you want to cancel your order. And the lady was extremely rude and made it seem like it was my fault for them not telling me that they were gonna try to charge me 6 times for cheese. When if they would've just had shredded, it wouldn't have been a big deal. I've been going in there and buying sandwiches this way and never had a problem until now.... Something seriously needs to be done about the attitude and work ethic of these women.

Placed an online order for $50+ and added special instructions. Completely ignored them and got our order wrong all the way around from our drinks to chips to sandwiches. Do not recommend curbside pick up at all. Very disappointed.
