Everytime i get a burger it looks old and stale. That is any burger. The only thing that looks fresh most of the time is their grilled cheese.

My ultimate breakfast burrito couldn't even feed a toddler. Don't know if they used the wrong size burrito or what but it's supposed to be 800 calories worth of food. What I was served was maybe 250 calories worth, for almost 5 bucks with some old tasting bacon. Absolute scam. Go to Braum's or QT for a nice big breakfast burrito for just over 2 bucks. Probably finally done with Sonic after this experience. Their quality decline and shrinkflation is maddening.
Not fun on a long roadtrip, this was supposed to keep me fueled up all day now I'll have to stop again at some point. Double check your orders before you leave!!

The lady taking my order was super nice. However, I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. It was complete opposite of that. It was not very big like I remember them being. Also, it was far from ultimate meat. Loaded with tons of eggs and cheese. But had three little crumbles of sausage and two small little strips of bacon. I felt cheated for what I paid and ordered.
Will not go back.

I should drive my truck right though the building first food was old then I needed a refill to help eat there dry food and the lady told me no refills at this location

Walked in and half the tables are filthy. One guy in kitchen, two women in office, waited, finally yelled is anyone working front? They just looked and kept talking. They finally came of front without saying anything word. I walked out.

Took forever to get one burger combo and another drink. Would be better off going to a Sonic in a different town because of how long you have to wait. Paid for a large mozzarella stick and got a medium. Gave us coupons, though (probably to make up for the poor service of everything).

Went in to get a large tea, cup of ice cream and a pup cup. The few customers in there were shaking their heads at the service times. Took about 10 minutes to get that. Next morning decided to order breakfast before hitting the road. Took at least 15 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and a toaster. I was the only inside customer. Their service is extremely slow for a Sonic. At least the people were nice.
