This Sonic had the worst chicken strips and greasy fries. I would not recommend.

There was a bunch of kids working there. I spent 10 min waiting on someone to come ama take my order which took about 10-15 min to get. All I ordered was a Walt pack. Then she over charged me. Well not EVER stop here again!!

This franchise owner needs to be addressed by Sonic. Sonic needs to know how bad they are being represented. This store has increasingly degraded over the last few years. It is almost impossible to get a correct, fresh order. The only reason this store can stay open, is that people get off the highway and get back on before they realize their order is complete trash.

The sonic in Hinton ok may have good food but the boss is totally uncalled for and rude. Claims to be a Christian but has a weird intolerable way of showing it. Customer service and food is overall well but if you’re thinking of becoming an employee here, DO NOT DO IT. Unless you’d like to be criticized and put down by your higher up. Wishing all the other staff that dislikes her luck. Why do you make your employees walk out unannounced? P.S. they write you up for “forgetting a password”

Ordered a smash without the bun and add lettuce and tomato…didn’t get anything else on it…really disappointed after having what was non it read off to me and didn’t get it.

My wife and I got a #3 and #4. The burgers where so over cooked we couldn't eat them. Her fries where hard as a rock and my cheddar bites way over done. We eat a lot of sonic and was the worst we have ever had. Waste of 30 bucks.

I ordered premium hotdog. And got plain hotdog. Had to wait 15 minutes for it. Person in front of me also had their order messed up big time.
Thanks for all the great reviews, I will just keep on driving til the next exit ! Noticed whoever responds to the negative complaints doesn’t seem to offer any kind of restitution ! Just call this number and waste more of your time !!

The cashier didn’t really seem to know the menu at all. Didn’t know what a route 44 is, thought it was a flavor not a size so we ended up just asking for a large. Didn’t know if the new smash burger on the menu came as a combo or not. Didn’t know you could make some of the slush flavors diet so we just got the regular flavors. My husband and I both ordered on the same ticket and we both asked for our meals to be large. Got the receipt and they were regular sized. Was willing to pay the difference or cancel and repurchase the large sized meals bc that’s what we wanted, but she didn’t know how to do that either. All she could say was sorry I’ll make sure they come out large. They were in fact not large. No biggie I guess we didn’t need a large meal. Ordered a #3 (bacon double cheese burger), it came with no tomatoes on it, the smallest amount of lettuce you might as well call it nonexistent, and the bacon was crumbled about the equivalent of half the slice of bacon and BURNT. Literally burnt. I picked it all off and wasted the extra $2 it cost but it still made the entire burger taste burnt. Cold dried up tots and fries. My husband ordered a footlong no onion and of course it still had onions on it. Then they act like when you ask them to remake the hotdog it’s our fault. The cook came from the back with a nasty look on his face and asked for the hotdog back before he remade a new one like we would even want to keep it in the first place. Didn’t enjoy the food at all only the slushie was edible. Didn’t enjoy the customer service either the cashier seemed sweet but she sucks at her job. The cook was rude. Won’t be back here again $32 wasted.

This sonic has to be the worst one I’ve ever visited the staff is extremely rude and careless I order the double cheesy stack and got one patty the toast was half toasted and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. They have really declined these past years. For the price you charge the food and service isn’t worth it. Wouldn’t recommend
