It's a good thing they give you a ton of napkins, to wipe the onions you are allergic to off the burger even though you asked for it without... also, the ones taking orders in the drive thru don't listen. Every time, our food is wrong... every single time! The only plus side is it's convenient in a town that has limited options

I had an error with my phone app. And the kind lady helped me out when she didn't really have to. I believe she's the manager and she deserves a raise for dealing with people like me and keeping professional.

Ordered last night and had to wait 3 almost 4 hours for the food and then it was cold and soggie when we got it

The last few times I've came here, I've gotten burgers that have tasted rancid. I don't know if they cook their Quarter Pounders on their own grill or not, but I don't think they clean them. Also, I always have to double check my bag because I keep getting the wrong things.
The other items might be decent, but all I ever get is the Single or Double Quarter Pounder.
On top of this, the last time they got my burger wrong they tried to tell me I was incorrect. Even with a receipt showing I got the wrong meal!
