I ordered a dinner for myself and my elderly Mother because she has been feeling bad, and as a disabled double amputee I had to have it delivered. After charging my card $20 it took the last of my funds until I get paid again they did not deliver. The several attempts to call them failed since their phone was always busy. The last thing I thought was Sonic would rip me off, but that is what happened! The best they would offer is to credit my card back in 14-days. No dinner, they took all my cash I had to spend tell the end of the month. I WOULD HAVE SETTLED FOR SOMETHING TO EAT LIKE I PAID FOR.

The food is good when they get it right, seems that every time I go they Mess up my order. last time I got 2 of the car hop classic double cheese burgers and they Came out as Singles. Before that a burger came with mayo when I requested it off and the ticket confirmed exactly that. I paid with card and the machine said thank you, but the girl told me I never paid ... always something.

(HOLDENVILLE OK. SONIC)Approximately the past 6 to 8 weeks the tater tots and onion rings have been WAY overcooked to the point they have a burned taste. My family has been eating there for years and years. The tots and onion rings have always been great, but not anymore. We don't like to pay for overcooked and burned food. Sadly, the onion rings don't even have the same flavor. They have a new general manager.
