came in, a woman yelled across the kitchen “i thought you locked the door” and we didn’t get acknowledged other than that and ended up having to leave. while waiting on service, the woman kept complaining about “people coming in” or “people keep ordering”. this was at 1:30 pm on a saturday, so they very much were not closed.

Passing through town and stopped in for dinner. Started out inside to use restrooms. Reatrooms and restaurant were not clean. Very greasy and sticky. Decided to go through drive thru to order and the girl who came on the speaker was ridiculous. Very rude! We tried to order an original chicken meal. They were out of original chicken but had plenty of crispy. When we asked which pieces came with the meal she sighed and said whichever pieces you choose. So we went with the crispy. All breast's. She sighs again said all breast?!?! Yes please.. well that's gonna cost you more. Ok.. that's fine. Then she comes on again and says they only have 1 breast. Her attitude through that speaker was nasty! We just left. I do not recommend this location!

Waited over 20 minutes after they said that the order was almost done, just for them to tell me that they have two fryers but one is broken and that it would be another 10-15 minutes for my chicken wings because they were frozen. I'm extremely upset. I usually have no issues with getting my food
Literally took 30 minutes to get our food, kept telling it was almost done but still we waited. Absolutely ridiculous for a sandwich and a bowl to take that long.

I love KFC! However, the restaurant in Idabel leaves me wondering how it stays in business. Either through bad planning or bad management menu items are not available as the store frequently runs out of those items and doesn't plan to provide any more the rest of the evening. Saturday evening at 4:30 p.m. and no more crispy chicken, no pot pies?? Really?? The prices have gone up considerably in the past few years, and surely I should be able to expect a complete menu offering. The counter where I ordered my to-go food was dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. I am disappointed and will go to Paris, Texas, for KFC in the future, even though it's twice the distance from my house. Too bad.
