Late lunch at 2PM. Ordered chicken sandwich. It was dry and grainy. Wife had a bowl. Said it was good but chicken was dry. Now we will talk about the inside experience. Men’s restroom has no door knob, just a stud. Once inside, with no door knob you could open it with a string. That should be enough but I’ll continue. Seating area very dirty. Entry doors, glass not cleaned in forever. Looked like they were tinted with dirty. Chicken warmer holding over had a warning on it that said it needed water. The water pipe was leaking all over the floor and into the dirty drain below. Good news, we had food coming home from our trip. Staff was great. This place just needs a ‘little’ TLC and could be ok. Not employees fault.

They only give priority to drive-through customers, and when I was notified that my mobile order was ready for pickup more than 30 minutes after I was asked to complete the survey, they still had not picked up my order. The attitude of the staff is so bad, I will never come here again!

How do u charge 2.50 for a cup of ice after I've ordered a 20 PC. In pieces, the saddest display of a drum stick wit mostly all stick no meat . This isn't the first time won't be do it again for 53 dollar

What happened to kfc sandwich portions? Their sandwiches are noticeably smaller than other chains. And oh boy is the food salty. But it’s what you would expect for chicken fast food I guess. There are other options out there who do a better job/better value.

Food wasn't very good. Chicken tasted funny ( maybe cooked in old oil?) Mac n cheese was bland and watered down. Bought 12 piece, got 4 legs, 1 thigh, 3wings, and 4 breasts. Spent over 50$ and they were out of most condiments. Honey, bbq, honey mustard, ....it was stifling hot in there. On a good note, the employees were very friendly and pleasant.
