We reserved the party room for a child's birthday. The room was set up & ready for our group, but the floors were filthy with food & crumbs smeared into the carpet. The service was excellent even though they were short staffed.

My wife ordered carry out bone in wings and got boneless instead. Called to ask for a refund and had absolutely no problem with it after speaking with Kimberly (not sure if that’s the how she spells it). Excellent customer service from Kimberly.

The pizza was not as ordered. Less than half cooked and missing ingredients. When I called about the order I was told there was nothing that would be done and then the female hung up on me. I called back and was told that nothing would be done and that was all there was to it. I said if it wasn't made right I would not do business there, to which I was told that was fine because it wouldn't hurt their business. This is no way to do business and if they don't need my business they are the only place in this small community that doesn't need customers. The two that I spoke with this evening both need to be fired ASAP.

Yeah…….this place sucks. If you are looking for a restaurant experience do not go here. Pizza itself isn’t bad. It is still a Pizza Hut recipe. But the dine-in experience is not dine-in. You might as well be sitting at a park bench. Store is not clean. Outside is not clean. I suggest shutting the doors and making it a take out/delivery only. Or sell it to someone who would like to make it into a good restaurant. Milanos across the street is way better and cheaper. A lot cheaper

I visited Pizza Hut in Idabel, OK on Saturday August 10th. I was hosting a Flag Football Fundraiser game involving McCurtain county First Responders. I went to Pizza hut to order Pizzas for an after game meal, and spoke with Megan about possibly sponsoring some pizzas for this event. Megan immediately called her boss and they agreed to donate. Thank you Megan for being a sponsor and taking care of the pizzas for our First Responders. Look forward to visiting this Pizza hut again. Megan, thank you so much for providing excellent customer service.

Horrible service trying to do delivery an they kept hanging up on me when trying to give them my order then when I would call back they either laugh or do I’m losing you I can’t hear you line absolutely childish behavior I won’t be giving them my business anymore hope management takes care of the lazy staff

The place would make a great pizza place! You can't order from your table it's carry out. They don't have fountain drinks or tea,everything is in a bottle. The sign says dinning room open but you have to order at the counter and they bring it to you in a box. Someone else should buy it!
Was very disappointed at how dirty it was outside needs cleaned up and to go inside the door was so dirty I didn't want to touch it.I wish now I had took some pictures.
