We reserved the party room for a child's birthday. The room was set up & ready for our group, but the floors were filthy with food & crumbs smeared into the carpet. The service was excellent even though they were short staffed.
My wife ordered carry out bone in wings and got boneless instead. Called to ask for a refund and had absolutely no problem with it after speaking with Kimberly (not sure if that’s the how she spells it). Excellent customer service from Kimberly.
I visited Pizza Hut in Idabel, OK on Saturday August 10th. I was hosting a Flag Football Fundraiser game involving McCurtain county First Responders. I went to Pizza hut to order Pizzas for an after game meal, and spoke with Megan about possibly sponsoring some pizzas for this event.
