Went for a bag of ice. After 2 button press and 5min they took my order, waited another 10min only to see that the order wasn't on the screen anymore, pressed button again and it sounded like they just canceled it or something.... I ended up leaving. Be different if it was busy but 2 cars left after I put in my order...

Idabel sonic is a joke. Without words... this is not how a breakfast burrito should look. You should be able to tell the difference between the over cooked eggs and burnt sausage. Thinking itll be the last chance i give em. Too bad broken bow sonics cook cant come teach Idabel sonics cook how to make a breakfast burrito right

The food is always delicious to me compared to many Sonics I have visited. The service is quick and friendly. When they look packed, you won't be waiting long compared to many Sonics I have visited. Great management and great team.
