We got a little bit of everything, Take in mind I have eating BBQ from about 16 states, I LOVE BBQ! That being said, I had Ribs, Brisket, Burnt Ends, Rum Cake, Street Corn, Mac and Cheese. The ribs are not good in my opinion to much seasoning, and there is such thing as too much smoke flavor to the point it tasted like burned wood smells, The brisket was very good, tender fall apart good! Need to throw some lite bread in there to soak up so much grease is my only complaint, Burnt ends were great! No complaints. Rum Cake is great! You can taste the flavor or rum! The sides are very lacking not a fan at all mac and cheese is more like stuck together noodles with melted cheese that wasn't very melty. So few sides to choose from would love to see more! Lemonade was fantastic! Id probably go back for brisket, but not worth timing it cause they are only open on Saturdays for about 4 hours.

We trekked out to Inola to give them a try. We arrived at 4:45 and there was a small line already. We circled the block to park and the line had almost doubled.
We waited about 30 minutes to make it in. The meats were very good. We had brisket which was very tender, pork ribs, and pulled pork. All of them were very seasoned and smoked well. We loved the baked beans and sweet green beans. The Mexican street corn was good. The mac and cheese needed some help. It seemed like it was cooked noodles with cheese on top. No seasoning and the dish was not hot so no gooey cheese. Kind of felt like mac and cheese that you were eating the day after Thanksgiving.
It is remodeled nicely and had a good atmosphere.
It was a warm day when we visited but wasn't too bad. If you're going in the heat of the summer I don't there is any A/C so keep that in mind. There is shaded seating.

This place is definitely worth the wait. Only open on Saturdays. GET THERE EARLY as there is usually a line wrapped around the building. Phenomenal BBQ. Tender, juicy, smoky... all the things you love about BBQ is found here. Not only is the food amazing but the service and the people are hands down the best. It's like a huge family get together. They make sure you're taken care of. And what better place to meet the918agent himself, Stephen Hester!! CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK. ❤️❤️

Open one day a week. Saturday from 5-8 or until sold out. We were 5th in line at 4pm. We ordered the “Taste of Everything” for $125, feeds 5-8. We took bowls a cooler and ice. This 2 hour meal was delicious and most ventured home with us on ice. 2 meat plates with two sides were available for $20/each .
