It was delicious! We made the drive to Inola to check it out for Father’s Day weekend. We returned the next weekend because it was that good! I ordered the Big Nick- a chopped brisket sandwich, my husband ordered the two meat dinner. It was all delicious. The butter cake was to die for! They even have beautiful fresh cut flowers for sale. Love the family friendly atmosphere and the food is soo good, I’ve tried all the meats and the moist brisket is a favorite with everything else a close second. Can’t forget the mouth watering home made side dishes and dessert!
Finally, a true BBQ joint! Countrymen checks all the boxes. Perfectly smoked, seasoned to perfection. Homemade sides were amazing, as well as the desserts. We will be back! We had a group of 8 and everyone ordered something different, all great reviews!
