I drove about 20 minutes from my town that had a Sonic just to see if I got the same reaction. I really wanted Sonic. I pulled in hit the button ready to order. A wonderful lady answered immediately and took my order. Her computer started messing up so she came outside to finish taking my order. She was quick polite and we got it all taken care of. Food was hot and ready š thank you Jay for picking up where Grove dropped the ball. I wish I could remember my carhops name because she was awesome šš¼

this sonic is trash! the employees are the WORST thay are unprofessionaland out right rude. the wait time is completely unnecessary considering the parking lot is almost always empty

This has to be the slowest Sonic I have ever been too. It takes well over 10 minutes to get two drinks, that's with ordering them on the app and there is no one else in the parking lot. Not to mention the employees are very rude almost every time I visit. Always dissatisfied when I visit.

Not sure what happened to the night shift manager Marshall but this place has gone down since he isn't working night's here. I enjoyed pulling up to the store and him already knowing what I wanted I'm definitely not coming back anytime soon

Me and my mother in law went a couple days ago to get some drinks. We ordered on the app and checked in at the stall. It took 30-35 min before we hit the bottom on the stall and no one answered. One of the ladies peaked her head out of the door and we asked her if our drinks were readyā¦ she looked at us rolled her eyes and went back insideā¦.another lady came out with the car next to us food and we asked her and she said it was dams has been doneā¦.
