There’s really not the right categories here to make an accurate review. It’s a 10 or 15 minute process just to order with no one offering to help. You spend all the time putting in the sauces you want and they don’t give you any anyway. You have to go get them yourself. In short, you do ALL work. There is near zero personal interaction. The food is fair, but it’s hard to rate the service since there is none and there is no atmosphere because the restaurant is empty.

Staff not filling orders for lobby guests. Been waiting 30 minutes and 10 people in lobby waiting for food, but every car in drive through waits maybe 2-5 minutes. If you're going to eat here, better get it in your car.

Got the new cheez it crunch wrap combo and the crunch wrap was absolutely nasty....the cheez it was soggy and I didn't finish
The food was ok as soon as we picked the right food for the right person. The food was put in the wrong wrappers so it was a good thing I have to check my food before I eat I just wish my mom did the same lol.
