Andolini's Pizzeria Jenks Riverwalk

Awful. Birthday dinner. 10 minutes to get seated. 45 minutes later still waiting for food. Asked the waitress is it much longer she said she'll go check. Went to the bar and made drinks. Final straw was hearing the cooks say the stromboni we ordered was being put in the oven and we were almost at an hour. Tables were all waiting on food but pizzas were going out in droves. Manager was called but ridiculous at that point. Never again.

Previously I gave this restaurant a full five star review. Now I would say look elsewhere and save yourself the headache, the time, and the money. Do Not Eat Here!

We had just eaten here the day before and had such a good experience so we came back. That was a mistake!

After we were seated our waiter came by after a couple minutes. We were first told their stove was broken? We were told they could only make pizza and some other items.

That’s no big deal we were there for the pizza anyways. Our appetizer arrived then over 20 minutes passed waited after waited looking by and walking. Our waited meanwhile was the bartender and had to keep making drink after drink.

At this point we got up and asked the hostess for the manager. The manager with dark red hair and glasses came out. She didn’t apologize and gave every inflection that it was whatever and she was just there to take our order.

I would like to say the African American male who was the manager the other day was so splendid and checked on us multiple times.

This lady was rude and confrontational. We walked out after her attitude and lack of customer service. Needless to say we will not be back.

Andolinis is the best pizza is town by far! This location is very clean and has great service. Special shout out to Amelia who always goes above and beyond for her guests.

We ate a late lunch/early dinner so not busy at all. Pizza was great but the server was even better. The young man, I believe his name was Noah, was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would go again just to have him serve us. Don't often get people anymore that seem to love their jobs.

The kids loved playing with the dough while we waited. Food is always on point and portion size is A+

The food here was so good! The pizza was thin and crispy. The service was excellent and the drinks were made perfect. They also have an all you can eat lunch special which is a great deal!

This was my first time. ( from out of town)
Wow. The food was great. I had the margarita deluxe so to speak, and the fried ricotta balls. Service excellent. Angie you’re awesome and thanks for the Trader Joe’s recommendation:) Nice interior inside. Highly recommend!

Amazing pizza, some of my favorite in the world! The pepperoni and the bbq chicken are the best. And the garlic knots could be a dessert! Wow. Highly recommended.

Willie the manager is dedicated to see his scratch kitchen provided delicious not to be missed Marzano mozzarella/pesto rolls, Eggplant Parmigian, house made pizza/dough, and Italian Buttercake!! Randi (a young girl) was in training, and made our experience fun! The atmosphere made us feel like we were on vacation. We went on a Monday and were in a dilemma as to whether we should get the all you can eat pizza/pasta/Caesar salad (house made dressing) or… The famous Roman pizza (Monday is buy one get the second half off). So sorry no photos the portions are huge and I loved every bite! Thank you Willie for making certain everything was fresh, delicious, and staff is superb! God bless!
