Pretty rough. Got home sandwich was old and overcooked. Was powering through when I pulled a 10” long blond hair out of the sandwich… no one in my house has blonde hair.

The worse experience in drive through history. Waited 30 min to get to the window to pay. Drive through guy had a paper bag on his head. He screwed my order up and overcharged. Vanessa the so called manager refunded my money. She was rude and was fine with her employees holding up the line because the had to wear a paper bag on his head. I will never use the Jenks Arby's again. I'm waiting on my sauces since they can't get anything correct. The guy with paper bag opens window. Tells me he does not appreciate me giving him a mean look. This is a job act like it.

The service was great, the fries 🍟 were great but the roast beef barely had any roast beef. I have ate at a lot of Arby's and I have NEVER got one where there was barely meat. I literally had several bites of just sauce and bread.

Understaffed restaurant. Waiting on the drive-thru person to come over and take our order. Order two fried chicken sandwiches. One was freshly cooked, the other had been sitting in a warming bin for at least 20 minutes or more. I should have took the sandwich back and ordered a fresh one. After biting
into it twice I figured it was too late. Wilted lettuce. Cold fries ?. Many years ago I was a manager for McDonald's. The quality of food has dropped. I understand why these fast food restaurants are going under. They do not have the right people.

$12 and 30 minutes wait at drive in with only 2 cars ahead of me when I drove in. At Jenks you’re trapped and can’t leave once you’re in line. i ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch, curly fries and a Coke. The sandwich was cold( sat too long) and all I got was about 1/2 cup of ENDS of Curly fries. What’s up with this??? I love Arby’s but don’t plan to go to the Jenks location again.

The drive through cashier was too busy laughing at whatever joke was said while I was in the drive through to hear me say I wanted ranch with my order after asking me 3 different times and getting the same answer 3 times. All for me to still not get the ranch. On top of that all the food tastes stale and old. So much for the 15minite hold times on items from previous years.
