Great little Arby’s clean space and good food. The real star is the guy working the front counter Lawerence. Quick to smile easy to laugh nice break on a cold day. Wish there was a Lawrence everywhere.

If someone orders a large order, make sure your mic is off before you start talking about it and the customer with your other coworkers. Extremely rude! y'all do better, seriously.

Whoever owns this location might want to look check their cameras. Your staff is absolutely not doing their job and you’re paying them to lose business. Waited in the drive thru for a while with no answer. Drove around and there was a car waiting. Waited a good bit and finally backed out of the drive thru and saw the staff just hanging out in the front of house.

I ordered the new steak and pasta bowl and they gave me a tiny cup of steak pieces, charged me $13 for a cup of meat that wasn’t a meal at all!

I mostly get my orders through door dash and the food is always very good. My issue is the last few orders they didn't include a straw nor did they include napkins. Trust it's hard to eat a French Dip without napkins ...and I prefer straws in my drinks. I've worked fast food and was even a fast food manager for several different types of food chains, so I know it can get ridiculous sometimes. Just asking you to be aware cuzz it kinda puts a damper in lunch and or dinner for the customer.

Long line in drive through. Placed mobile order. SHOUTOUT TO the young girl in the drive through, despite the high volume and my confusing order (my last name was abbreviated, they couldn't find my order) she was very nice and so was the other young lady who helped her find my order.

Cassie was extremely rude at the speaker and when we got up there. Didn’t apologize we ordered something very simple she kept asking if we were done we said no then she said okay what else and then we told her she just stopped talking and was extremely rude and shut the window pretty hard as well. The first time I had rude service there.

Doordashed the cheesesteak sandwich today, and I was highly dissatisfied. It was overly cheesey, and looked like mush. I'm typically not picky, but this sandwich was nauseating 😒

Update: The food was cold (the cheese wasn't melted at all), they carelessly put a glob of jalapeño in one spot (I added it to the classic roast beef- it was a satisfying quantity), and the amount of meat was MAYBE 1/2 of what's advertised. The curly fries were super dry and poorly filled too. Very disappointing.

Bonus: The sauce was all up in my fries and mozzarella sticks. Very unsanitary and disgusting!!

Also, you can tell that the poor drive thru employee has been THROUGH IT. I can't imagine working under that lady.

Update 2: I just nearly broke my tooth on a small bone chunk. My molar is throbbing.

Update 3: I just bit down on something equally hard (the opposite molar is throbbing now), but I lost it before confirming what it was. Even if the food tastes good, it is not worth this pain!!

Final Update: I've included pictures of the (reheated next day) plain Classic Roast Beef, because I'm even more disappointed this time. I've never felt so scammed by Arby's in my life. We have the meats my butt! Actually, you must have plenty of meat since you're keeping it all to yourselves!!!!
I thought that the first one was bad (with 1/2 of the advertised/normal amount), but this one really takes the cake!! They gave me roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of the meat that I paid for, though you can judge for yourself. I'm swearing off of Arby's for good [regardless of location] thanks to this. ✌
