This restaurant was our first stop on a 10 day road trip through multiple states. The food was excellent! The people were very friendly and attentive. The warehouse atmosphere was fun - especially for lunch. It seemed very family friendly!
We chose to eat indoors at the temperature was very high and the humidity was high as well. We arrived at 1:40 pm and the restaurant was already out of some local favorites. However we did have chopped brisket and pulled pork and both were scrumptious! We can understand how they run out of the favorites! If we lived locally, we would probably frequent the restaurant.
After lunch, my husband and I strolled outside for a short while along the Arkansas River before returning to our road trip. I highly recommend this restaurant even though it is a little off the path.

The food was excellent as always. I was craving Brisket, but they were sold out. It was Friday after 1 so picking were slim. Got a refugee platter and it was delicious. I do miss the downtown location.

Excellent bbq. Per them all bbq items are gluten free. Obviously the Mac and cheese and such are not. Highly recommended if you have not been before! Burn Co is always a win.

Never order to go. They will forget the BBQ sauce and other items. Their grilled cheese was terrible, my 4yr old could of made a better one! Highly disappointed and when we called about missing items they simply didn't care and said too bad, nothing they can do about it!. Wtd never again...I get better service at ribcrib

I have been eating BurnCo BBQ for 14 years or so. It is my go to BBQ with the ribs and the steak sandwich being my favorite. I'll often call in advance and pick up a steak sandwich for lunch (to-go) along with some other meats; ribs, sausage, fatty, bologna, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, beans and I am set for 3 or 4 meals. It is not cheap, though not overly expensive but IMO it is worth it. Note: the steak sandwich does take about 15 minutes to cook if you're ordering at the counter, but as I said a favorite for me. They are only open for lunch and may be a line, it'll take some time to get through, but again, I think it is well worth it. If you arrive around noon on a busy day there is a good chance they will be out of the best selling BBQ. The earlier the better and you'll be set. Shout out to Will, Adam, and the staff for making BurnCo awesome. I'll be back. Again. And again.
Great memories. My dad and I loved to enjoy lunch at BurnCo and getting after the best ribs around. With his passing, I miss those times.

They never have anything left..went for lunch 3x now and they are out of everything but chicken legs an potatoes...like why is this a problem? Everything since they opened over here for a whole year plus now its almost everyday their out of something. I would advise call first or go somewhere else. It's just a pain in the arse when you like something an can never get it again cause they're always freaking out!!!! You have to settle when coming here because its not whats on the menu its what they have left to choose from us the problem you'll have...
