This place is absolutely incredible I go there at least 3 to 4 days a week not only is there food high quality and there's salsa bar is outstanding... Also that lemonade is great

Our family spent $65 then they forgot the birria for the birria tacos (which is half the order) then they messed up and put meat in the vegetarian burrito to the point it was inedible. I don’t know if they just don’t care or pay attention but it was beyond disappointing.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Placed a order online and for 40 mins it did not show order was ready to pick up. I got tired of waiting and was just going to order from someone else. When requesting a refund all they would say was order is ready and that they cant do anything. First of all I didn't even give you a order number. Second how are you unable to provide refunds for orders you never finished and are lying about. When trying to communicate with anyone there was impossible they seemed to not understand anything I was saying. When asking these questions about how to cancel or who can cancel it they didn't know anything and had to reach out to someone or would just mumble and not answer any questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible service and no communication.
So I got went through the drive through and got tacos. Been to other locations first time at this one. Service was friendly and real fast. Didn't wait long for my food and it was nice and hot. They do great on portions and made sure I had plenty of napkins and salsa, definitely will be back.

I really like the Catrina franchise. I have been to a few of them now and they make everything very similar. California burritos here are my favorite but breakfast is good here as well. Really I have not had anything bad here.
