Stopped by on a Satuday afternoon. Had trouble finding a clean table. Service was slow and we only saw our server 4 times even though there were plenty of staff and not very many customers. Soggy buns on burger and philly.

Louie's in Jenks has always been a favorite of mine, but lately and especially tonight, the corn chips were harder than eggshells. I remember when they used to be flakey and light, the way I liked. No longer a 5-star.

We just are not sports fans... They close at 11 and we got there at 10 so it really felt like maybe we came too late ? The food was terrible.... The service was non existent.... The few teenagers that were there were screaming at the TV .. it was not a place I would go to again .. not for me ..

Our server did a great job. The food is not memorable. I had been here before but could not remember why I had not returned. The food is not bad just not impressive. Plenty of options. I did enjoy those funnel cake fries.

Took family for a quick bite on a Saturday night at a Jenks location. Place was, maybe, 40% full. Service from the start was as expected for a place was not busy. Got seated immediately, got our drinks orders taken care of. That was the end of good service. I've observed 4-6 servers hanging out by the kitchen window almost the entire time we were there. Waited about 20 minutes before our order was taken and waited about 30+ minutes for the food to come out. There were 2 table got there after us, (table of 3, and a table of 2), who placed their order, appetizers and the main course, after us and received their food before us. When we asked our server how much longer until our food comes out, we were told "wings take longer to prepare than the rest of the food". Mind you, there was 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. A burger, mac and cheese, a bowl of rise and 20 wings do not take 30+ minutes to prepare. Our drinks never got refilled from the time we got there to the time we left, almost 2 hours later.
Experience like this makes one not want to go to any other Louie's Grill locations. Will definitely think twice before visiting Jenks Louie's again.

We have not been to Lewis’s in such a very long time as we have moved out of the area. We stopped in for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious. Good service and a good time. We ate too fast and I got no photos. ???
