Ticket said "20 minute wait" ... wasn't ready when I got there on time. Was told to wait around the side. Fine I've waited there before. But then it was 40 minutes after my time. Decided to go inside and wait. They only had half of my order ready and I had to remind them that I was waiting on other food. On top of that my food that was ready beforehand was cold by the time I left 😒 it was a whole hour by the time I left. If it was gonna be an hour wait JUST SAY SOMETHING ON THE DANG WEBSITE! 😒

The staff defo makes the joint!! Pizza was constantly refreshed during the buffet. A lot of people showed up as well. Great place to bring the kids and family!! Best Mazzios around!!! Thank you so much!!
Vegetarian options: I did see that they made some what looked like veggie no sauce no cheese pizza as part of the buffet.

Very nice peaceful place.My card didn't work because my bank made a mistake when they made my new card. The bank fixed it and we were able to enjoy the buffet.K The staff was kind although the cashier's face was full of disappointment about my card not working. I was not trying to get by without paying.I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was fantastic. I will make sure my card is working before visiting.
So we order from mazzios often, and this location honestly has to be one of my least favorite locations. However, it's the only pizza place nearby that has value for the amount.We order the same thing often, and it's made a different way every time and often orders not made correctly or forgot ranch.Not that the food it's self is bad. It's just very very inconsistent.
