Took my order grabbed my card then charged me then said they didn't have the item I've ordered at every sonic in tulsa. Pretty awful avoid at all cost.

I worked allll day and just wanted a chocolate shake with bananas in it. I ordered it and got a lukewarm white shake that tasted like old whipped cream, and didn’t realize til I had already left. I could have cried the whole way home.

This place has went downhill significantly. Less than a year ago I would have rated them as one of the best Sonics in the area. Certainly not anymore. Employees don’t seem to care. Quality and service unfortunately reflect this. A shame

The carhops are so friendly! I had questions tonight about the chicken strips dinner (no longer a thing), and they answered my questions and helped me find something else instead. Ya'll went above and beyond. I wish I had cash with me to leave a tip.

Never order from here, I have been her fives times and they always mess up my order. Even when you order though the app!! Put limes in my lemonade and I’m allergic to limes and thank goodness I saw them cc because if not I would have been in serious hurt. Take my advice and don’t even bother

We stopped in for drinks and pickle fries. Took 8 minutes to be able to order - 10 minutes waiting for the items and the order was wrong. When I called back it took w minutes for them to respond. Said they would send someone out to speak to me, girl shows up and said "you ordered wrong it's your fault so what exactly do you want us to do about it." Uh - no. This location has had a steep downward turn in the last few months. Sad part is, today was the quickest I have received my order. 10 minutes for fries and 3 drinks - no. That's pathetic services
