I ordered a burger meal and some cheese sticks at 4:09 on the app and said I needed it asap, my family waited 30+ minutes without receiving food! That is insane for a fast food place especially when I ordered it to be ready as soon as possible.

I love Sonic, always have, but I do not like this location. I have ordered ahead two different times here. The first time it took 10+ min past the promised time to bring out our order. On the second occasion, I parked and typed my stall number into the app—just as the app instructs. After 10 minutes of waiting, I got out and tapped on the door and asked if my order was ready. (The location was not busy and there were 3 people working.) I was told they had it ready and would be right out. Another 8-9 min later, the order is finally brought out along with some sassy instructions that I’m supposed to go through the drive-through for pick up orders. Going through pick up line is not what the Sonic app says to do or even what the workers said when I went in. If this location wants people to go through the drive-through for pick up orders, then the Sonic app needs to be corrected or a sign installed for their directions.

The guy who took our order put random stuff on the screen and had absolutely no manners and spoke in a rude tone. When we got to the window the whole order was wrong and the lady gave us attitude. We told her what the order was supposed to be and they still made it wrong. They also forgot my ranch.
Waited in line with no one ahead of me for 20+ minutes for two drinks and tots. I believe the girl was the only one working but then she apologized saying she left coupons in the bag. They were not coupons, they were summer special promotions. Unfortunately I always have terrible experiences at this location for the simplest things. Is there any management here??
