I came into starbucks a couple weeks ago and was having a hard time but Catherine was so sweet to me. She made sure I knew she was there for me, but even as a stranger I know she has the kindest heart. I just am so thankful we have workers like her around. She made my week.

It's a Starbucks so I think everyone is pretty familiar with their menu items, prices, and atmosphere. I would say this is one of the better ones I've been to in a while. Friendly staff, clean, decent size to hold Bible study, study groups, or just do what you need by yourself. Patio seating is nice, too.

I order a yogurt parfait, even tip , to get soggy granola an old fruit. For the money they should check daily what they are sending out! I will NEVER GO BACK !

Recently, I came into the Elm and 101st location and was trying to order my drink in the app. I wanted to reload my gift card and place my order but it was not working. Chandler was incredibly sweet and understanding. I loved seeing her warm smile and happy personality!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, starting with my interaction with Stevie at the drive-thru window. Stevie displayed a very poor attitude, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. She was impatient and didn't listen properly to my order, causing me to call out to her several times to get her attention, despite the store not being busy.

I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The sandwich was not warmed properly, resulting in a bite of a solid chunk of butter or cheese. When I approached the window to address the issue, I was met with more attitude from Stevie, making the situation even more unpleasant.

However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Joseph, the manager. Joseph handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, completely turning the situation around. His excellent customer service and prompt resolution of the issue were greatly appreciated.

This experience highlighted two things: firstly, there are individuals at Starbucks, like Joseph, who excel in providing good customer service; and secondly, it seems that complaints about Stevie's service are not uncommon. Thank you, Joseph, for your outstanding support and for turning a negative experience into a positive one.
