Beyond impressed with my visit. Its been years since I enjoyed a Sonic meal like this. I'll drive the extra miles to come to this one.

There's a reason I don't leave tips at this sonic, main reason is customer service is always bad, half the staff acts like its a burden to do their job, hardly smile, and and just seem like they could care less(theres 2 ladies in the morning that are absolutely amazing and always greet me with a smile and a goodmorning) . I didn't realize this location opens at 8am (on a sunday nonetheless) for customers, sat in the lot for about 25 minutes before I realized what the deal was, would've taken the employees all but 5 seconds to answer the machine or step outside and let me know they didn't open til 8 and I could've went on about my day. If customer serviced improved it'd be a great location, never have any complaints on the actual food

they go our order wrong, we told one of the servers, she fixed one of the items and we never received the second item they messed up, I called them multiple times without an answer, we were there for an hour before we left because the server ignored us.
One of the few places in our little town that's open. Great people working there.

I ordered online and since my driver's side door window is broken I have to open my door. Everything was going okay while receiving my items, then as I was setting the last item in my passenger seat this lady shut MY door before I could touch it. Thank God I didn't have my foot out to hold it open this time.

I ordered a pink lady which is sprite, cream and cherry. It was made with tea. I called and the person that answered the phone smarted off rudely when I told her it was made with tea. I have issues with this sonic so much that I won't be going there again.

Ate in the dining room, which is devoid of human contact. Kitchen is separated by doors and a 1-way mirror. You order at a kiosk via a very static sounding intercom, slide your credit card, and pay for your order (Tip requested). Then someone brings out your food and you never see anyone again. Through the slats in the frosted glass doors you can see everyone standing around as they have few customers.
On to the food, fries were cold and dry, a bit overcooked as well. Oreo shake was a joke, not even blended, large chunks of oreo on the bottom (1 was almost 1/2 a cookie) then foamy barely cold milk like substance poured over the top. The chili was fine as far as fast food restaurants go, but the "All Beef" 1/4lb Foot Long hot dog completely lacked any flavor, just rubbery, it could have been Tofurky for all I could tell. If it was truly 100% Beef it must have been 50% "Pink Slime".
I haven't been to many Sonic's but this is one to avoid
