I often get sandwiches for lunch from here. They are the absolute best. We ordered pizza and breadsticks for dinner the other day and they were very good. Everything was fresh and hot.

Dreadful female employees (one younger, one older aged and pregnant) spoke ill of me for no good reason while I could hear them. They complained I asked questions on the ingredients, and even discussed the make of my vehicle. They did not give service even though I was eating there and were very rude. I felt extreamly uncomfortable the entire time.

I drive from sapulpa just for simple Simon’s. Especially now that we don’t have cheezies pizza anymore ? it’s always fresh, & the people are always so sweet! Just discovered today they have a drive thru!! The little pregnant lady running the drive through has such a positive attitude

Not sure where to start, we order from them A LOT. The past few months has been nothing but disappointing with the food and the staff. The last 5+ pizzas iv ordered with extra cheese and Mariana have had almost zero Marina, no big deal as I usually don't care and just eat it anyways. Well today the same thing, this time I decided to call and just inform them there was no "extra" anything on my pizza the last 5 times. The first guy to answer the phone offered me a free pizza and I declined, he went to get his manager. 5 minutes later the phone hangs up, call back again and a woman answers and I sit on hold for another 6 minutes when she comes back and explains that there "new" system doesn't allow them to put extra anything. No big deal again, so I explain you should probably teach your employees that that's not possible and should let customers think they are getting something they aren't. She said she DID put extra cheese and Marina on my pizza (peep the picture ??) Then she hung up on me.

I don’t know what going on at the simple Simon’s in Kellyville but they have severely gone down hill. The kids they have working for them are the most untrained employees I have ever dealt with. Never knowing what’s going on. Just stupid. I will never eat there again. They need to train & have a better management before anyone should eat there.

Last couple times I have ordered here food has been kina meh went ahead and gave them one more chance. I placed an online order to be picked up at 530 I got there and I saw it on top of the oven thought this was strange as they usually have it on the edge of even. I also was 8ish mins early and it was already ready but ignored it and went on. When I grabbed the boxes they didn’t feel warm at all but still went on my way. I only live like 5ish mins away. When I got home I was able to bite into it and wasn’t very warm or anything the crust was hard and seemed like it had been sitting for at least 30 mins minimum but I’m wondering if it was longer. I ate it anyways but god not work 37$ for 2 pizzas and a 2ltr. I will not be returning I will drive the extra 10 mins and go to Pizza Hut.I do want to say the staff are very nice and pleasant no complaint on the service but the food and this round was absolutely not worth it.
