Was very disappointed with the lack of quality involved in pizza and salad bar. Bread with a little cheese smeared on it does not make pizza. Iceberg lettuce was on its way out and I would not eat it.

I often get sandwiches for lunch from here. They are the absolute best. We ordered pizza and breadsticks for dinner the other day and they were very good. Everything was fresh and hot.

Dreadful female employees (one younger, one older aged and pregnant) spoke ill of me for no good reason while I could hear them. They complained I asked questions on the ingredients, and even discussed the make of my vehicle. They did not give service even though I was eating there and were very rude. I felt extreamly uncomfortable the entire time.

I drive from sapulpa just for simple Simon’s. Especially now that we don’t have cheezies pizza anymore ? it’s always fresh, & the people are always so sweet! Just discovered today they have a drive thru!! The little pregnant lady running the drive through has such a positive attitude

Not sure where to start, we order from them A LOT. The past few months has been nothing but disappointing with the food and the staff. The last 5+ pizzas iv ordered with extra cheese and Mariana have had almost zero Marina, no big deal as I usually don't care and just eat it anyways. Well today the same thing, this time I decided to call and just inform them there was no "extra" anything on my pizza the last 5 times. The first guy to answer the phone offered me a free pizza and I declined, he went to get his manager. 5 minutes later the phone hangs up, call back again and a woman answers and I sit on hold for another 6 minutes when she comes back and explains that there "new" system doesn't allow them to put extra anything. No big deal again, so I explain you should probably teach your employees that that's not possible and should let customers think they are getting something they aren't. She said she DID put extra cheese and Marina on my pizza (peep the picture ??) Then she hung up on me.

I don’t know what going on at the simple Simon’s in Kellyville but they have severely gone down hill. The kids they have working for them are the most untrained employees I have ever dealt with. Never knowing what’s going on. Just stupid. I will never eat there again. They need to train & have a better management before anyone should eat there.

I ordered online around 8:15 pm and drove down to wait in the parking lot until I thought my order might be done. Everything I read online said they closed at 9 pm. I attempted to enter the lobby and was met with locked doors. I made eye contact with a young man who made gestured for me to go through the drive thru. I shook my head "no" and waited at the door for a minute. I eventually had to call. The young man answered the phone and told me that the lobby closed at 8:30 pm and I would need to pickup at the drive-thru. I explained I wouldn't be doing that since the last time their drive-thru cost me a $1000 car repair. I asked if he could bring it to the door when it was finished and he agreed. The young man was not rude, but it was clear his focus was getting the lobby cleaned so they could close.
The food was so-so. I've ordered other things here on occasion and the food quality and presentation seems to be on the decline along with their customer service.
I am all about supporting my local businesses in our small town and I can overlook a lot of things, but with this experience and the previous damage to my car, I will be making the drive to Sapulpa.
