They lost or forgot my order, asked them about it for them to ignore my question, lied, then threw new guy under the bus! If he is new and you are training him should you not be shadowing him?? If you would have just been up front and honest I would have been understanding. Very nice store though Cindy!

We are regular customers at Gambino's in ketchum, ok. Saturday I ordered a pizza,by phone. Told him we were eating in. When we got there, there was a pizza in a box in the "order up" window. After paying, we sat at a table for a good 20 minutes. They took that pizza and put it on a pan and served it to us. It was cold. We asked for our money back. The cashier was very hateful and arguitive. Then he slammed the money down on the counter. He had no apologies. Just wanted to argue with us, with a smart mouth.

This was our first time ordering and we did carry out. It sure was a big disappointment. The pizza was okay but the cheesestick pizza was burnt and ended up in the trash. We won't be back.

Last weekend I spent the night with a girlfriend of mine beckie delauter and when were debating on what to have for supper so we called gambino's to order our pizza and omg it was so fantastic I have been in that place twice now I think and I loved my slice of pizza and beckie loved her's as will next morning I went home with my parents the next day after spending the night with beckie and so there was plenty of space's to park your car there was no valet parking like you are staying the night at a hotel there was non of that here I'll tell you that right now floks
