I came through the drive thru ordering two double dip ice cream cones. Paid for my order at the first window then pull up to the next where one of the female managers was holding my order. I’m not told anything, no communication, a the window is closed with the managers back turned towards me while discussing with another employee. My ice cream cones remain ima cup holder while slowly melting. Minutes later the window opens a she hands me melted ice cream cones which I ask to have replaced. The manager then continues to hand me the cones while saying it’s because of the heat. Needless to say to say I didn’t want half melted ice cream cones. I wouldve paid for a shake if I wanted one.
Could be cleaner in the dining room. Goodcservice.
Love Braums!! I love the fact that when you order a THICK shake...that's what they give you. Delicious

BAGA 🌯BURRITOS!.. I get some maybe 4 days a week! What a great value and who don't like breakfast burritos!??.. also love the froyo 🍨 and selection of ice cream 🍦 😋

Love the pumpkin ice cream in a shake. Burgers are always top notch, as well as chicken strip basket.
Service is great and friendly.
Dietary restrictions: The no sugar added and frozen yogurt are great for diabetics.
